Sound baths
An experience of deep relaxation session aimed to support mind and body connection with a use of full set of instruments so Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gong and percussion set. My role is that of a metronome to which beat you can practice your muscle of focus/letting go, like a musician practices playing his instrument. Each sound bath is a unique journey inwards, into the realms of your subconscious and you are always in control.

Idividual

An experience of bespoke deep relaxation session with guided meditation and visualization aimed to support your individual need of healing a specific area, whether it be a physical, mental or spiritual issue..

My venue

The session will be in one of the venues where I run sound baths regularly. For more information please contact me on my email.

Your venue

A session specifically for your team in your place. To be mindful of any sounds surrounding the space and whether it's comfortable for the participants to lie down and feel cosy. They might need mats and blankets. I will need to have a look once before to assess whether it's suitable and if so where I would allocate myself and my instruments for the best results.

Soundscapes

Literal

In which the group is playing with the idea of expressing what they see through the use of simple instruments. I provide materials and instruments.

Metaphorical

In which the group is creating a story and then playing it out by using the instruments. I provide materials and instruments.

Narrative

In which individual participants choose an instrument representing a negative feeling with which the person may struggle, and then choose another one which holds opposite quality.

Drum circles

My venue

Through different rhythm 'vitamins' the participants get to affect their inner rhythms and move towards a more balanced way of being.

Your venue

In a playful session of drumming the group gets to enjoy the different therapeutic rhythms and through playfulness has a chance to bond deeper.
